My name is Josh, and I am a leader in business development and strategy and I have proven experience with fixing broken things and developing business. This experience began when I was tasked with the responsibility to float a sinking service department. By developing a culture of trust and respect, following through for our customers and providing a high level of service, that small service department exploded with 75% gross profit gains while producing incredible net profit margins in only 6 months! I am grounded in a strong moral compass and coach with a thought that managing good business (staying true to the people while focusing on ethics) will result in good income. I run my business the same way that I coach others to run theirs. Be a good person first and good income will follow. What good is it to gain the world but lose ourselves in the process?

My free time is spent volunteering at my church with my wife and children, coaching youth sports and spending as much time as possible with my family in a campground on a river, in the mountains, or on a beach whenever we can get a spot.
